Sinusitis : Allergies to hay fever, sinusitis, deviated septum and high blood pressure are some of common causes of headaches and bloody noses. There are many other possible causes but less common. Saline nasal spray can help. See your medical doctor for an evaluation. You may need to see an ears nose and throat specialist too.
