Week 4, waking up to very clogged/congested nose, only happens in am. when blowing out nose am, left nostril starts to bleed a bit as of 10 days ago. no runny nose during day, no headache. started day after mask had to be worn for 2 hrs. sinusitis?

Doubt sinus infection as resolves after morning congestion and no headache, fever. Also not related to mask-wearing; that is coincidence, so please wear your mask when indicated (crowds/unknown vaccine status of those around you/when required in some situations). Bleeding likely due to irritation from blowing nose/congestion and dryness. Try humidifier while sleeping;saline to nose before sleep.
