Possible TMJ problem: Or post-concussion symptoms. I would recommend being evaluated by your doctor or dentist. Tmj problems or headaches may not show up on scans.

Tmj: Once intracranial problems have been ruled out, see a TMJ expert. Your TMJ disk was displaced traumatically. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.

Post Traumatic HA: Specialty evaluation by Orofacial pain or headache specialist should not be delayed. After the acute period, persistent symptoms may require neuropsychological, vestibular and
neuro-ophthalmologic testing to establish the extent of injury.
