Probably not: In most cases, minor blunt injury to the head will not cause major injury such as bleeding inside the skull. Very rarely will such an injury, if forceful enough, cause a bleed that usually manifests as severe headache, vomiting or seizure short time after the injury. In 1 in 5 cases, a temporary period of feeling normal after the injury is followed by rapid deterioration into confusion.
