NO: Not uncommon to take more than 24-48 hours to clear the headache. Make sure you are giet. This includes little or no reading as well as very little phsycial activity. If still present tomorrow see your primary care physician.

No: You should not be worry, after minor head trauma, can have a headache for several days. As long as the headache is getting better, have really nothing to worry about.
