Maybe: A LOT of herbal remedies out there that claim to help with ADHD, the prob is few of the have been studied & the ones that have are small non-random blinded studies (best). As for any condition the herbal meds have REAL actions, side effects & interactions like Rx meds. If U R going to try something try relaxing herbs like camomile, lavender, etc. Also relax tech. Make sure doc knows alt tx!
