There ARE tests 4 it: Addis a neurobiological disorder, there are physical & neurodevelopmental findings. Synkinesiae, dysmetric eye movements, incoordination are easily found on exam. Tests of working memory r easily administered. Tower of london demonstrates statistically relavent findings diagnostic of add. So questionnaires are necessary, but of minimal use in the diagnosis. Therapeutic targets are state of the art.
