Lymph nodes: Lymph nodes above the collarbone are a little unusual. You need a good history and physical. Some basic labs looking for anemia, infection and inflammation can be helpful in establishing whether a biopsy is needed at all. See your doctor. Lymph nodes are usually responsive to recent events. Acne over a year ago would be an unlikely source.

See below: I've never heard of a supraclavicular node being normal. If it were me, I'd at least get an ultrasound, if not an ultrasound guided biopsy.
