Depends on how...: If you eat healthy most of the time you can get away with less healthy options now and then, but it depends on to what degree you cheat. If your cheat meals are just having a treat you would not usually have it should be OK but if it has massive amounts of calories you may undo the good of the other days. Cheat meals: can slow down the process. Please see a nutritionist for a food plan that is best for you. Many find a low carb and higher protein diet effective but check w/your doc. Remember to eat good fats such as coconut oil and olive oil. They provide a feeling of satiety; you won't feel as hungry and less likely to have cheat meals. Peace and good health.
