Best for your metabolism are well-balanced (not a fad diet) meals calculated to keep the # of calories taken in lower than the calories you burn. Exercise, avoid alcohol (empty calories), minimize snacks but factor in "cheats" every now ; then so you don't feel deprived. Keep goal in mind!
