What's "healthier"?: In order to answer correctly, I'd have to know what your clean and healthy eating is. If you're restricting carbohydrates for the most part and then eat a carbohydrate-heavy "cheat meal", the headache may result from transient volume overload as where sugar goes water tends to follow.
