Will my antibiotic alprim show up on a blood test? if so how long until it is out of my system ?

No: Alprim is a sulfa antibiotic. I have done drug screening for twenty years and I am unaware of sulfa antibitotics having any cross reactivity with drug tests. Make sure you let the testes know you are or have recently taken the test.
