Need urine tests: So, as stated by Dr. Dohan, there are several causes for bleeding in urine, and your post doesn't offer enough to make a diagnosis. Antibiotics may be responsible, from viewpoint of allowing a resistant infection to develop in urine. Have you any other symptom of urinary infection (painful, frequent, smelly voiding). Urinary testing, Dr. visit best approach.
