Viral infection: Antibiotics should not be used to treat flu or bronchitis. Those are viral conditions, and antibiotics only treat bacterial infections. Therefore, your lack of response to antibiotics is not surprising. An HIV test will tell you whether you have HIV infection. While i encourage everyone to get tested, your symptoms don't make me think of hiv.
