Anxiety reaction: is common , every one will have one with pending biopsy report . no , delay means cancer is not true at all . Several reason for delay , processing delay , availability of pathologist to read and transcribe , some times need special stains , may needs second opinion ,etc , so speak to your doctor will explain to you the reason.
