I just a atypical nevis mole removed it was biopsy before and came back no cancer there resend in it to pathology could it still be cancerous?

Unlikely: If entire mole is removed , if report has no cancer then there is no cancer and is a good news. How ever in rare cases due to unusual appearance pathologist will also will seek second opinion , for special stains etc then will confirm and give the official report .Speak to your surgeon .
