Blocked eustachian t: Certainly - a short course of steroids may help either as nasal drops or orally. Also one could also try a device called eustachi to see if that helps. Another remedy is to breathe steaming nebulised lemon with VICKS in hot water. If all fails then see the ENT doctor

Nasal steroid.: You may benefit from the addition of a nasal steroid and a saline nasal mist to your regimen. These items will ascend the Eustachian tubes when sprayed into the nostrils and will help to clear them out.
