i sprained my ankle two weeks ago in soccer. it had healed but i reinjured my ankle last tuesday and i can't sprint. what should i do?

Imobilize,rest: you need to get a lace up type ankle brace. Another two weeks of rest would be more helpful. Most ankle sprains will take 2 to 4 weeks to heal if it was truly sprained. You're a little young to use advil, but 200 mg three times a day might be helpful..
