Sprained?: Rolling an ankle is more often than not a sprain. Follow the rice treatment. Rest, ice, compression and elevation. If no improvement see foot and ankle specialist.

Cam Walker & PT: I use cam walkers and physical therapy you should get an x-ray i would not under treat this condition nsaids are also helpful for most patients riice = rest , ice , immobilizatiom, compression , elevation. Usually take 4 weeks to recover . May need an MRI see a podiatrist.
