No: You may have had nerve damage and nerves take a very long time to repair themselves. Give it time. Mention it to your GP at your next visit but there isn't anything you can do other than watch and wait. If it starts to hurt or turn colors then get seen right away. And buy better fitting shoes.

Neuroma: Your walk probably put pressure on a local nerve that gives feeling to the toe and these can take a long time to recover. If you have good circulation in your feet (pink, warm) and you can avoid pressure again it will heal eventually and you'll get feeling back. You could TRY using Vitamin D cream or Mannitol cream on the pressure point if you can figure out where it was (and if you can find it)
