Low Carb Diet: Don't you wish we could pick and choose where we lose fat from? I do too. Unfortunately we don't control what part of our body loses fat first. However the best diet for weight lose is a low carb diet. A few options that you could use are "the sober diet" or "the slow carb diet". Even if you eat the same amount of calories just reduce your carbohydrate intake you will lose fat quicker.

Lose belly fat: You need to eat less sugary and fatty foods and get moving during the day especially after you eat. Walk it off! eat lot more of vegetables and salads and drink low fat or fat free milk.
