Liposuction!: Pay no attention to what you see on the Internet. There is no way to lose fat in specific areas withoutmedical intervention. Luckily, there has been a bit of progress in this area; unfortunately, it is considered cosmetic surgery. Liposuction can be effective although it is a surgical procedure. There are other procedures that use heat and freezing to slowly decrease fat accumulations.$$$
