Chest discomfort: The valve findings are not severe enough to cause symptoms, but the pulmonary hypertension as well as systemic hypertension are of concern. I recommend a treadmill stress test, 24 hour ambulatory heart monitor and pulmonary function testing for further evaluation. Blood tests for thyroid function,anemia,iron and magnesium are advised.If you don't have one, a cardiologist should be involved.
