What can cause heart spasms and constant chest discomfort in a relatively healthy 19 year old? (alread had 3kgs 3 echos 2 24 hour holters) that only showed a few pvc's. getting fasciculations constantly and everywhere. magnesium didn't help?

Constant and diffused fasciculations are abnormal so you should be evaluated by a neurologist. Magnesium deficiency is not the cause of this symptom.

The most common cause of chest discomfort with these symptoms originates from just behind & to the left of the heart where the swallow tube enters the stomach. Backwash of the stomach acid, can trigger such spasms. The common lay term "heart burn" is used. Discuss this with your doc. It is manageable. Other issues are more likely than heart at this point.
