It is pretty: certain that since you are now 31 years old that if you had the misfortune of having "clear cut" Mitochondrial Disease it would have declared itself by this time. You are dealing with a relatively RARE field of neuromuscular disorders and you should not "shop" for any more "opinions" (unless , of course there is a local "guru" (expert) in the various mitochondrial diorders and their variants
