If an addendum is made to lab report based on most recent pathology results, can i assume that i should follow the updated rec on the addendum in bold? pre-biopsy result suggested 1 mo. follow-up if benign but w benign result, dr just says 6 mo f/u?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, follow the report in the addendum. Wish you good health!
