It depends on the size of the slice of bread as to how many carbohydrates are in each slice. If you check the package (if it is packaged bread) you can see if the hummus bread has more carbohydrates per slice which I think it usually does. Eating any bread is not ideal for people with diabetes. The goal in diabetes is always to eat as few carbohydrates as possible.
