What can take the place of so many radiographs for a full mouth series xrays when dentist has no panoramic or cbct machine?

Clinical Exam: What is your dentist monitoring? Periodontal disease? Interproximal caries? Crown margins? A good clinical exam can supplement radiographs, but they still provide a valuable tool in diagnosing dental issues.
