Scared because i have a high wbc count of 11.2 m, gr # is 9.9. please ease my mind. fever, chills, treating sinusitis.

Do not panic: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, A bacterial infection, including sinusitis, can produce the results you described. If you are being treated for sinusitis, you may take Tylenol for fever, otherwise continue with the treatment.
