Wbc=11.85. my norm is 7.3-8.4. have hot flashes then chills. no fever. on enbrel (etanercept) for ps and as and have mild anemia. very tired. any ideas?

WBC count: The most likely reason for your elevated WBC count, with symptoms of fatigue, is an active infection. Immunosuppressant medication like Enbrel (etanercept) can make you more susceptible to infections. A urinalysis and culture, and a check by a doctor, is needed.
