3 months ago, wbc 3.6 (ref 4.0+) 2 mos after mild covid. other values normal. now for 2 days, fever 99-102.7, headache, chills, body ache. doc wasnt concerned abt the wbc but now that im sick should i worry i wont recover? covid neg, maybe flu?

A viral infection like Covid can make the WBC go a little low but this typically recovers. Your WBC is only a little bit lower than normal so you should recover without an issue from your current infection. It sounds like this is also a viral infection like the flu. If your symptoms worsen, then call your doctor. Good luck to you!
