Viral infection: This sounds like a viral infection or it could be something less common such as Henoch Schonlein Purpura. You will need to get a thorough examination by your doctor to determine the cause if it continues.

? Flu / viral : Illness, and cbc result is irrelevant. Symptoms are too broad, rash could be viral, if no improvement after rest, pain killers and good hydration/nutrition, see your doctor, good luck
