As I indicated in: your previous question, the arrhythmia cannot be accurately diagnosed by physical examination (pulse) when it is so short in duration. You need some form of electrocardiographic monitoring to make a diagnosis. With a normal echo it is unlikely to be anything too worrisome but could be afib. Get it checked out by your local health care provider.
