There are many: potential sources for your ectopics. In addition you may be just a very cardiac aware person. Simple causes include caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. This includes chocolate, tea and sodas. Sometimes artificial sweeteners can be a cause. Try modifying your diet first by eliminating all of the above. Rule out sleep apnea with a sleep study and discuss your concerns with a health care provider.

Stimulants: like coffee, caffeine, guarana, energy drinks of any kind, or drugs like cocaine. Cut out all stimulants and perhaps take some over the counter magnesium. Usually these things are not a problem, but if it causes chest pain or weakness/dizziness or shortness of breath then you should be re-evaluated.
