potential sources for your ectopics. In addition you may be just a very cardiac aware person. Simple causes include caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. This includes chocolate, tea and sodas. Sometimes artificial sweeteners can be a cause. Try modifying your diet first by eliminating all of the above. Rule out sleep apnea with a sleep study and discuss your concerns with a health care provider.

like coffee, caffeine, guarana, energy drinks of any kind, or drugs like cocaine. Cut out all stimulants and perhaps take some over the counter magnesium. Usually these things are not a problem, but if it causes chest pain or weakness/dizziness or shortness of breath then you should be re-evaluated.
