I had one pair of ventricular ectopic beats on my holter monitor. Their were also 37 isolated. Is this normal? Echo & stress test were fine.

Why is it I feel forceful ectopics beats when I lay supine? I have head echos that are normal except trace mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonic regurgitation, and holter that showed benign PVCs 152 and 256 PACS in 48 hours. Like heart is jumping up?
