It is impossible to: differentiate Afib from other arrhythmias by physical exam when the duration is so short. AFiB is common, >25% of people over 40 have it and previous heart surgery increases your risk however you can't confirm it without electrocardiographic proof. Ask your health care provider for a 30 day monitor to see what you really are experiencing.
