Tendon pain?: Consider FHL tendonitis as a possibility. Calf stretching and foot intrinsic strengthening, plus softer orthotics may help. A break for 1-3 weeks from long-distance runs may benefit you. Shorter, painless runs on non-consecutive days. Also, flatter surfaces for now.
