No : Unless it was a surgical abortion. In late term abortion the cervix may have certain characteristics suggestive of previous abortion and this may be seen on a pelvic exam/pap smear.

No: In a typical abortion, the gestation is removed from the uterus, thus would not be seen inside the abdomen or pelvis on ct. If the abortion is recent, a pelvis ultrasound can show if there are residual gestational components inside the lumen of the uterus.
