Ct scan: Mostly the general surgeons and ob/gyn will order this type of ct scan.Also pcp can do this as well if they suspect any abdominal or pelvic pathology.

Any doctor: But you better have a good reason if you expect your insurance to cover it. It's usually ordered only if your doc needs it to help make you better.
