When i went to get a pelvic exam the doctor was pressing on my lower abdomen but it didn't hurt i wonder why is it even possible to feel the ovaries from the outside?

It isn't possible to "feel the ovaries" from an external abdominal exam. But without tenderness on exam, you can be pretty sure you don't have inflammation of your ovaries, fallopian tubes, etc. If you remain uncertain, ask the doctor!
