No immediate worry: Eating a large load of carbohyderates and sugary drinks causes the body to produce excess of Insulin which can lower the blood sugar excessively(It is called reactive Hypoglycemia). It is not uncommon in the general population and can be avoided easily by limiting sweet drinks or avaoiding them alltogether. Another option is to add more proteins to your meals....this will slow down insulin release

? Normal, but: what are your symptoms? You just mentioned blood sugar readings, what prompted you to measure them? Is it curiosity, or you had real bad symptoms as about to faint, dizziness, tremors, feeling cold or so. If this is the case you need to see your doctor for assessment, best wishes
