Normal but,,: Apparently, this is in normal range as the measurement is in mmol/l instead of mg/dl. Your result of 5.7 is in normal range but it usually gets higher after a meal. This and your symptoms could mean low sugar or hypoglycemia and it could have been much lower before you ate. It's a good idea to see a doctor right away for a fasting sugar test and diet management.
