Hi, about 5 weeks ago i gave a urine sample to my doctor and they srnt it off for culture, it came back raised white cells and red cells no infection?

Inflammation: Well here we have a case of inflammation in the urinary tract, that WASN'T caused by an infection (as far as we can tell). There are other things that will do that, such as a kidney stone or a bladder stone. Sometimes medications (such as Bactrim) can do that. There are even viruses or other germs that might NOT show up on a culture. The key is how you are doing now? There should be follow up too.
