HPV18 or 81?: I wonder if you mean HPV18, not 81. HPV18 is quite common and one of the major cancer-causing HPV types. If truly type 81, it's probably unimportent. Two people cannot "create" HPV"; it was acquired sexually from someone else. Most HPV infections are cleared by the immune system and do not come back, and even high risk types rarely progress to cancer. Get vaccinated!
