Blurred and unable to focus vision in one eye due to hemangioma, how can the vision be fixed?

Depends on where : Is the hemangioma on your lid and affecting your vision? If so, topical beta blockers or excision by an oculoplastic surgeon may be helpful. If its the retina, that is harder to treat and may need anything from laser to freezing (cryo) to radiation depending on surgeon preference. I would definitely see a retina specialist in that case.

Maybe: This depends on where it is and if there are other hidden vascular problems. This needs a total evaluation by an ophthalmologist who can dtermine which other subspeclialties within ophthalmology may be indicated.
