Severity related!: If the scar or thinned tissue is limited in extent, then perhaps a blepharoplasty approach can correct the deformity. You would be charged accordingly, and insurance may cover in certain cases. Opposite eyelid surgery for symmetry may or may not be appropriate or covered. Greatly varies: This will vary tremendously with the techniques used and may involve relatively modest costs if treatable with injections and/or lasers. However, if more extensive or complicated it could require multiple stages procedures with different specialists and imaging or interventions. First discuss with your ophthalmologist.
