Allergy drops: Use otc allergy drops and cold applications. If this doesnt work you will need prescription drops.

Time: If there are no symptoms like pain, blurred vision or seeing double then this should go away within two weeks. Covering with makeup also helps.

Heredity or disease: This is increased melanin in the iris. This can happen from medication, heredity, or metabolic issues. This should be evaluated.
