Capillary bundle: Ch are spaghetti like collections of bundled capillaries in a common birth mark. They will generally grow faster than the kid for about 6-8 m, slow then start to shrink down into the skin leaving a pale or parchment like surface by the age of 4.Rarely do they need any work. If they might interfere with vision of distort the nose some dermatologists might treat to decrease size.

Intervention: If the hemangioma is getting close to interfering with vision, then she will need intervention. This might be medication (propranolol), laser, or surgery depending on many other things. Don't let it get big enough to interfere with the eye, or the gaze. See a doctor who specializes in this soon.

Propranolol: This sounds likely to be a proliferating infantile hemangioma (ih). Although the traditional teaching is watchful waiting, oral Propranolol is now known to be a safe and very effective treatment for ih. The ih will stop growing on the first day of therapy in 100% of patients, and will shrink considerably over time. Please rapidly see a pediatric dermatologist experienced in the use of propranolol.
