Depends: You want to be sure you know what's in your supplements. "protein health shakes" at the gym may be laced with anabolic steroids, which carry risks that are well-known -- the most predictable being increased aggressiveness that can land you in jail or worse. Creatine and protein powder are far safer; expensive "vitamins" are a waste of your money. Most women prefer natural muscle. Good luck.
