Probably not: Supplements could mean anything, and unfortunately, may include ingredients that are not on the label, or may not even have the labeled ingredients nor the labeled amounts of said ingredients. Without knowing what ingredients were taken, one can guess that "supplements" don't stay in the body for more than a few days, or at most a month or two. After 2 years, one can safely presume they are gone.
